The object of plastic vacuum forming is to heat plastic sheet material until it is soft enough to mould over a tool or pattern, under a vacuum. When the plastic is subject to vacuum the suction achieved is around 28 HG.
We can integrally water cool aluminium and steel tools and cold air cool the tool surfaces direct from our vacuum forming machinery.
This allows the tooling to operate at a fixed temperature during the production process.

Our plastic vacuum forming machinery includes a Geiss DU1500 U8 and a Canon Shelley PF2515, both are directly linked to our design studio and our expert programmers. With a unique product code reference and the fixed manufacturing conditions provided by our machinery, repeat mouldings are manufactured exactly the same, time after time.
